DIPLOMA IN GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY (GNM)
The Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery program at Bangalore Group of Institutions aims at preparing nursing professionals to take up the responsibility as a health team member in the health care delivery system.
This course helps young professionals to apply relevant knowledge from biological and behavioral science in carrying out nursing activities in health care systems. The young minds are required to acquire an in-depth knowledge of Nursing practice through counseling the patients, administering the various dosage forms to the patients, and demonstrating skills to provide quality health care and safe nursing of patients. 10+2 class passed with Science/Commerce/Arts with 40% marks. Students with vocational ANM from a school registered by the State Nursing Registration Council with a minimum of 40% marks can also apply. Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination/Health care Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks are also eligible.
B.Sc. The Nursing Programme At Bangalore Group of Institutions prepares students to be competent professional nurses with scientific innovative ideas in solving health problems and delivering quality health care.
Since Nursing is an important profession related to the field of medicine, students are given exposure to the theoretical and practical aspects of behavioral science, physical, biological, medical professionals like the physician, medical service, and pharmacists inpatient health care system.

10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent Board. Students appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.
