DIPLOMA IN GENERAL NURSING & MIDWIFERY (GNM)
The Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery programme at Bangalore Group of Institutions aims at preparing nursing professionals to take up the responsibility as a health team member in the health care delivery system.
This course helps young professionals to apply relevant knowledge from biological and behavioural science in carrying out nursing activities in health care systems. The young minds are required to acquire an in-depth knowledge of Nursing practice through counselling the patients, in administering the various dosage forms to the patients and in demonstrating skills to provide quality health care and safe nursing of patients. 10+2 class passed with Science/Commerce/Arts with 40% marks. Students with vocational ANM from a school registered by State Nursing Registration Council with minimum 40% marks can also apply. Students qualified in 10+2 Arts or Science examination/Health care Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 40% marks are also eligible.
B.Sc. Nursing Programme at Bangalore Group of Institutions prepares students to be competent professional nurses with scientific innovative ideas in solving health problem and delivering quality health care.

10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/ HSCE or other equivalent Board. Students appearing in 10+2 examination in Science conducted by National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.
